Citywide Licensing will evaluate your location in respect to customer traffic, sales, population, and location for lottery license consideration. Our office will gather all the necessary information, file the application for consideration, and address all correspondence from the state agency. Submission of a Lottery Sales License Application does not guarantee a license will be issued.
Citywide Licensing will assist clients with the removal of all violations issued. We also assist in filing applications to participate in the Outdoor Restaurant Program. We provide representation before the NYC Department of Transportation to obtain consent and NYC City Council when necessary.
